    At Jansen, we are very sensitive to the fact that your home is a private space full of your treasured personal belongings, so much so that we have structured our company to ensure your peace of mind. Almost all of the people that we will bring into your home will be direct employees of Jansen. We have our own demolition, plumbing, sheetrock, painting, and tile setting crews. We will have sub-contractors come in to complete some of the other licensed trades like the roofing and electrical work and on a large project we may bring in a sheetrock finisher to keep the job moving along.

    The amount of dust will of course depend on the scope of your project. We will do everything that we can to keep the mess to a minimum. It is important to realize that no matter what size project that you have done or how careful we are, no project can be completed without creating dust throughout your home. In order to keep the mess to a minimum, we will do things such as lay down drop cloths on your floors from the point of entry to the site of the work performed. We will put down carpet protection over any carpet that we walk on. We will tape off rooms to contain the dust in only parts of the house. We will do our best to minimize our presence in your home.
